Former Los Angeles Mansion
If you admire Stallone’s talented performance, you might have seen his 1976 American sports drama film “Rocky.” This movie has become a pop-cultural phenomenon and an indispensable part of American cinema heritage. You’ll find many memorabilia related to “The Italian Stallion” in Stallone’s stunning Mediterranean-style estate in Beverly Hills, California.
The home offers breathtaking views of the canyon and the city lights. Canadian architect Richard Landry designed and built it in 1994. Landry is also known as the “King of the Megamansion” because he designed numerous private residences for celebrities in Los Angeles County, California.
The former Stallone’s twenty-one thousand-square-foot property is located on 3.5 acres in North Beverly Park, a unique guard-gated enclave for A-listers. The neighborhood is highly prestigious: actor and director Denzel Washington, singer Justin Bieber, and late media magnate Sumner Redstone also owned houses in North Beverly Park.
The exterior of former Stallone’s residence boasts an infinity-edge swimming pool, tree-dotted flat lawn, and impressive stone terraces. Numerous patios overlook the lush grounds.
The home comprises a main house and a detached guest house. It has eight bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a two-story foyer, a library/office, a huge chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room, a fully equipped gym, and a home theater. For extra fun, Stallone has added a custom bar and a cigar room with an air-filtration system.
