Denzel Washington and his wife, actress Pauletta Washington, acquired an apartment in The Century condo building in Los Angeles, California, from Princess Reena bint Bandar Al Saud, whose grandfather is the late King of Saudi Arabia, King Faisal.
The Princess bought a pair of adjacent condos for 8.9 million dollars before finally combining them into one apartment. She also had several prominent details added to the property, such as two ultra-private entrances, sleek hardwood floors, and custom finishes.
The Washington couple purchased the Los Angeles apartment for around 10.9 million dollars.
